These characteristics are still reflected in both our products and services, and also on our website. Even so, there have been some changes. For instance, we now make a conscious choice to provide only software that we consider has the best price-quality ratio for users and the best margins for our resellers. Products in this category are extremely popular with the organisations and end users that opt for our software. In fact, many of them are turning away permanently from the 'big brands'. We therefore believe that the time is ripe to encourage many more organisations to make this changeover. At the moment, companies are being extremely cautious when it comes to investing in new technology, while at the same time realising that by investing now they can gain a substantial lead over their competitors. This opportunity generates demand. Customers are looking for affordable, stable solutions that are easy to install, manage and use, both by systems and network managers and by end users.

In recent years, it is the solutions devised by the slightly smaller software producers that have been especially successful in meeting all these criteria.
