TVHeadEnd
This howto is for ClearOS 5.x. The methodologies contained herein will not work with ClearOS 6 or later.
Tvheadend is a TV streaming server for Linux supporting DVB-S, DVB-S2, DVB-C, DVB-T, ATSC, IPTV, and Analog video (V4L) as input sources.

Installation
To install the Tvheadend system, run:
yum --enablerepo=base-extras install hts-tvheadend
Configuration
To start the Tvheadend system, run:
service tvheadend start
To have the system start on boot, run:
chkconfig tvheadend on
At this point, you should be able to login to the Tvheadend web-based administration tool. In your favorite web browser, type in the IP address or hostname of your ClearOS server with port 9981, for example:
