The DNS and Resolver infrastructure in ClearOS has been updated to support the introduction of Samba 4. If you are used to configuring your DNS servers from the command line, please take a look at the following technical document for important details.

The Storage Manager can run on a 6.3 system -- it doesn't pull in other beta apps. When the Beta 2 release is done, feel free to give it a try. Keep in mind, our target is to have the Storage Manager ready for the ClearBOX and Amazon EC2 images only. Though it will be available in the standard ClearOS, the install and setup may require some command line help. We know what we're going to run into on ClearBoxes and Amazon, but we'll run into more complicated setups (RAID, LVM, etc.) on regular ClearOS installs.
Send me a PM and I can guide and document the process.0 Like -
Then the question is which kernel uses RHEL 7? I did a quick search and found a article stating that RHEL 7 will support BTRFS on data and boot partitions. RHEL 7 will be based on Fedora 18. Could be a interesting year!

great news! I'm going to install it on my test server. I wish they hurry up with BTRFS. Storage Manager and BTRFS a awesome combination.
