Friends,
I have a COS 7 server that has a USB connected UPS and the APC BBM app works just fine.
I have a second backup server configured (manually) for a network connection to the UPS on the main server. Using apcaccess on the backup server, I can see that the setup is working fine...I see all the data from the master's UPS. However, if I start the APC Battery Backup Manager task in the UI, i get an error that the app cannot connect at localhost:3551. Also, manually running apcaccess will now fail.
The app seems not to be respecting the setup in my apcupsd.conf and is instead hard coded to a local USB. Is that true? Is there anyway to fix this?
Thanks,
Drew VS
