ClearOS Portal down?
I need to renew a subscription, but can't seem to log into the portal.
The redirect in the email notification gives a "Bad Proxy" error. And login on clearos.com just keeps me waiting without login in.

Team Canada are the original Peter, Ben and Shad who all live Canada. They are also egloo.ca (although I don't know if there are any more of them), the team who brought you Netify and the Application and Protocol Filters and ibVPN. They did all the application development until a couple of years ago and they look after all the registration, marketplace and DNS systems and so on) I don't know the names of Team India, just one or two people there. I believe they did the ClearOS7 theme. They are web site developers and can also do PHP application development. They are also heavily involved in the ClearPHONE, but I don't know what is going on there. -

The portal us up and running again.

There has always been a distributed set up. The registration stuff is run and maintained by Team Canada and always has been, but the registration server itself is in AWS as are things like the DNS servers for the poweredbyclear.com subdomains. Similarly the forums are in AWS but looked after Team India. There is also a server cluster in Orem which looks after things like the proxy server and the build systems and other things (I am not totally familiar with what exactly is where or how much there is but I do have to look after all the wildcard Let's Encrypt certificates on the servers which use them). -
