We are using ClearOS Professional 6.5 as an internet gateway.
Periodically, a user will go to a website that's down, takes too long to respond, etc. When that happens, they get a screen with the ClearOS name and logo. Underneath, it does state something like "site unreachable", but users see the ClearOS stuff and come running to me to complain.
I'd like to change the message to something like "This website is down, contact its owner" in large font. (Note that this is not the content filter error message, which is quite similar).

Can anyone tell me where this page is stored so I can edit it?

    Error messages are contained in:
    /var/clearos/web_proxy/errors/
    /usr/clearos/apps/web_proxy/htdocs/

If one wanted to edit a theme (for example, change a logo), it could be found here:
    /usr/clearos/themes/default
