Hello,

I am trying to install clearos onto a bootable dvd. But every single download I get is of an iso file. I don't won't to put this into a vm as I won't to put it on its own computer by itself. (in the end I could do a vm if it really came down to it, I just prefer not to).

But honestly I thought when I did the download that it would already be formatted for me and all I would have to do is treat it like a bootable dvd. Apparently that is not the case. So I am trying to figure out what step/s I am missing to make this into a bootable dvd or if that is even possible. If it is possible how do I go about doing it.

Thanks,

PB

There are plenty of iso burning programs for DVD's. In Windows, just right click on it and you get an option to "Burn disk image".
