Hi I am attempting go install the latest 7.3 business iso. After several attempted installs (usb and DVD) all failing at "starting dracut initqueue hook" - I decided to check the checksum of the iso. The check sum I receive on my Mac (and Windows) is b3530d0402a40da34a92c047abb7b2370429ae1b5d2de3c153ff351f75ae4b52 the current checksum is ac1a12dbcf0f94d7495aa1cd4b8db470571c207ed1c481cb80b8a65631a1cc10
Can someone please give me an explanation and work around or point me to a working iso?

Hi Nick I am installing on high end workstation hard ware not the mac - Mac is my pc of choice for every day use. I am installing on an i7 with dedicated graphics 16gb RAM and onboard RAID. I have a Raid 1 setup. As per my accepted answer I installed in the low graphics mode under troubleshooting. Wish it wasn't quite as hidden might have given it a try much earlier in the day. The issue still remains that website is downloading the latest 7.4 iso but it is labelled as 7.3 and the checksum is in now way related to either the 7.3 or the 7.4 iso's. Seriously frustrating day today. -

Hi Graeme,
The latest iso's should be available from the mirrors this one. I believe the ClearOS-DVD-x86_64.iso image is the same as the ClearOS-DVD-x86_64-7.4.0.204729.iso image. I think this is the one I tested a few weeks ago and it installed correctly so I am wondering if the Mac has a hardware incompatibility. -

Check sums I have found

None of the above are ac1a12dbcf0f94d7495aa1cd4b8db470571c207ed1c481cb80b8a65631a1cc10 which is what the downloads page lists as the check sum for 7.3!
Neither of the 7.4 iso's are working - I tried the netinstall in the hopes it would work I have tried a couple of different mirrors in the hope that the one is was using was corrupt.
I am now downloading the actual 7.3 DVD install - I wonder how that will go .. This might actually take me to my TB download limit this month.... -

Well it turns out that after much faffing around I found the checksum on a mirror - turns out that even though the website says 7.3 it's actually 7.4 and that the checksum on the site is the 7.3 checksum and the checksum when compared to the 7.4 checksum is correct. So still no further than that but at least the iso is valid. It does not help me get past the "starting dracut initqueue hook" it hangs with a solid cursor not flashing..
