A few months back, I enabled 2FA for the root user and it's been working perfectly.
A few days ago, I installed the Let's Encrypt app (using 2FA to access the webconfig) and all was good.
I then followed the instructions to set the Let's Encrypt cert as the cert used with the webconfig.
Once the Let's Encrypt app was up and set as the webconfig cert, 2FA stopped working.
I go to the ClearOS login page on my gateway and enter my username and password and click Login
I'm redirected to the page to enter the Verification Code
I never receive an email.
I click Resend Code
A warning is displayed stating "Unable to send verification code - contact your administrator."

So... First... I need to know how to disable 2FA from the CLI so I can get back into my COS box.

And second... Any assistance with getting this fixed would be appreciated.
What other info do you need?
I guess it could be coincidental that installing the Let's Encrypt app appears to have broken the 2FA process...
But, it's the only change I made that I know of.
Everythign had been working fine up until that point.

The issue may be related to the Baremetal Backup and Restore app. That was also installed.
But again... something changed the mailsettings to "[email protected]" as the sender address.
This creates a big issue for 2FA.

    Got it figured out.
Found where the 2FA codes were written for each user... so was able to get into the webconfig.
Somehow, during all of this, the SENDER address under System | Settings | Mail Settings got changed to "[email protected]"
Changed it back to an appropriate address and the mail is working again.
