Hello,
I just buy a Pro Lite Subscription. How to match it and register it to a specific system?
I want to asign it to «Test» and then I want to change the name of «Test» by « Something else who is the name of the live system » .
Thank you !

Hi Stef,
There's two ways:
1. Self Help
Login to the ClearCenter Portal and navigate to "System --> Delete System". Select your system that is on the evaluation, and delete it from the Clear Service Delivery Network (ClearSDN).
Once done, use Webconfig and navigate to "System --> System Registration". Your system will automatically detect that it is no longer registered and will bring up a form allowing you to re-register. Re-register, selecting "New Install" as the type and this time, select the license that you purchased (thank you for your business!) instead of the evaluation serial.
2. Support Assisted
Login to the ClearCenter Portal and navigate to "Technical Support --> ClearCARE". Submit a support ticket with your request...there is no fee for this, of course.
