Is there a fix for this or work around. I had to reinstall COS over the weekend and its giving me this same error. This is the only package failing.

Did something replace clearos??
Get a live CD/DVD of another distro such as Ubuntu and copy your important files out.
I trued that. It wont let me access the partition or that drive. Its in a 4 disc RAID
Ive been with clearos a loooooobg time. Since CC 1 but if this is how it is with no replacement im gonna have to look at other options. Really blows as I just renewed my registration on it about a month ago.
Any other good suggestions similar to clearos I can use? -

I am not sure why you'd spin up a new version of ClearOS. It has had no updates since July '22 and has some Critical security vulnerabilities. It is really abandonware now.
Only way I know to get out of this situation. Im not sure how to fix this.

Generating "/run/initramfs/rdsosreport.txt"
Entering emergency mode. Exit the shell to continue.
Type "journalct!" to view system logs.
You might want to save "run/initrans/rdsosreport.txt" to a USB stick or boot after mounting them and attach it to a bug report.

ClearOS server situation
Is there anyway to recover to webconfig from this or at least get my network back up to where I can sftp in and grab my files and photos etc? Then I will lay down a new copy of clearos and go from there.
Im not sure what happened or what I’m looking at here?
I’ve been out of the game for about the last seven or eight years as far as command line stuff. I’ve just been using the web interface to do whatever I needed. I haven’t had any time at all to continue messing with Linux.
I noticed my network slow down and my streaming TV would cut out periodically. Yesterday I tried to log into Web config and I couldn’t get past the main page. Sent the server to reboot and this is what comes up now.
Thanks in advance -

Truenas looks pretty good. The other two appear to be geared for amd processors. Im running a dell server with dual intels.

First, I ended up choosing to extend my subscription with ClearOS for one more year because I haven't found an alternative and worked all the details out yet. But, I've made good progress.
At first, I was looking at NethServer, but, it seems to have similar issues as ClearOS. I got a bad vibe after looking at it for a bit. I may be wrong, but just didn't sit well with me related to support and the like.
So, for everything except the firewall, TrueNAS has really impressed me. I've been playing around with the free version and, after following some guides, looks like it can handle all my nextcloud, OpenVPN, etc. needs. Once you understand how it works, it's actually pretty straight forward and very impressive. On my small test setup, I'm running 3 VM's and a nextCloud instance without any issues. I didn't understand how it worked at first, but googled for some "step by step" guides and it all made sense.
I'll have to run the firewall on a seperate machine (or maybe a VM in TrueNAS if I can figure that out... not even sure if possible.) But, so far, OPNsense is looking really good. Next would be pfSense. Those are the two I'm going to look at first.
I'm going to always keep my eye on ClearOS. I loved this platform. They did such a great job with everything. If they can get their stuff together, I'll switch back right away. But until then, looks like it's time for something new.
Hope this helps.

What other software platforms like Clear are out there?
Just got a notification that my subscription expires in 30 days. I doubt I'll be renewing. I think this is the end of my 15+ year relationship ClearOS. Time to find an alternative. It's been fun. -
