Short answer. Longer answer - the network report is broken (you're welcome to read the whole thread I linked to and another couple of threads on the same subject (search the forum for networkdetail2db). The network detail report has been removed from the marketplace and *may* get rewritten some time in the future. The best advice is to remove the report app as it starts to hammer your server when it fails to complete its update cycle before beginning the next update cycle.
