Looks good so far - one issue, when logging in from the Forum using the Tools menu I'm presented with "no valid authorisation system in use"
Doesn't seem to appear when I login via the main page?
Also Brian linked a now and then video above - which doesn't appear to display?
EDIT: Also noticed if I click Logout - it redirects back to https://www-devel.clearos.com/ not https://clearos.com -

I had the same problem earlier today but it seems to be ok now. On the other hand though... some users reported having a timezone error upon login. Anyone else getting this? I get it too on my other account which was imported from the other site, but on this account i created over the new page it works fine. -

When login i don't get this error anymore "no valid authorisation system in use". James confirmed that it's fixed.
When I logout I'll get redirected to https://www-devel.clearos.com. Bug? -

How do you jump to the last post in a thread, for example this one? Clicking on New, View Last Reply and the thread title all take you to the same link which shows only the first few posts. You then have to click on Load More Replies multiple times to get to the end of the thread. Ditto clicking on "View Replies" in the thread. -

Yes, I could not see you "latest reply". Thy going to the last reply in the ClearOS 7 thread!
Also there is no indication here of when there is a new post to a thread You have to look at the last post time and hope you remembered when you last looked.
It would also be nice to see the last poster - perhaps more important/useful than the thread originator. -

That makes it pretty hostile when trying to get to the end of a multi-page thread
"I agree with Nick"
The one time ive tried to use it, on IOS, its really slooooooooow.
Trying to get through multiple page posts by keep pressing 'load more replies' is tedious.
I couldnt seem to edit the post I made, despite enteing the captcha, it didnt Save.
Think carefully about too many captchas. -

Couple of other minor observations :-
- font size in quote boxes are LARGE (https://clearos.com/clearfoundation/social/community/clearos-7-update#reply-63240)
- in mobile view the avatar profile column takes up 80% of the screen width, limiting the page view (http://mobiletest.me/htc_one_emulator/#u=https://clearos.com/clearfoundation/social/community)
- page load times seem sluggish (10secs+), chrome page audits suggest we could optimise and combine multiple CSS (40No.) / Javascript (33No.) to improve caching. The main cause seems to be various javascripts being loaded? -

@Tim, Thanks I had not noticed the sort box. It helps a bit, but then you are replying at the bottom of the page to a post at the top which makes referencing the post a PITA. I suppose I could quote then delete the quote.
So far I am finding the forum very frustrating. Not being able to go directly to the first unread post (which is not necessarily the last post) or selecting pages directly, the NEW post indicator is unreliable, often not showing when further posts have been made. I seem to get logged off when the PC goes to sleep (not sure if it is sometimes or always). As you say, page load times are very slow so paging through posts is bad. Not being able to see who the last poster is is also a little frustrating as it could have been me. Having said that I knew you were the last poster here because it showed your photo, so I may have to stick up my own mug shot at last! I've never come across this type of forum before and initial impressions aren't brilliant
.... and to add icing to the cake and absolutely no fault of the ClearOS team, at work, because it is new and uncategorised by work's content filter I am blocked from viewing clearos.com and there is no business case I can present to work to make the site an exception! -

Hello, nice new site!
I'm looking on this site/forum the last view days, but the page loading time is very long.
It takes 5 to 9 seconds to load a single page.
I'm living in The Netherlands i have test it with 3 different connections.
With my gigabit fiber connection.
With a 200 Mbit cable connection.
With my mobile phone Vodafone 4g+ 25> Mbit -
