I think i spoke too soon.
Although Zarafa client was installed properly and i can see the plugin in Outlook new accout setup window, I now have new issue.
When i select Zarafa Server under Other to create a new box, a prompt comes up "Information Service is not installed."

After much looking it appears that this issue is normal for 64 bit version outlook. Is tha tcorrect? Do i not have any way to use Zaraf with Windows 8.1 64 bit with Outlook 2013 64 bit??
